Aaron J. Madsen is an Assistant Administrator for Associated Anesthesiologists, P.C. He is a native of Nebraska and has lived in Davenport, Gibbon, Kearney, Lincoln, and Seward. Aaron started his healthcare career in 1995 during high school, was a pre-med student in college, and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Athletic Training from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2001. His career path led him to thirteen years of sports medicine working as a clinical Athletic Trainer (AT), an allied health profession recognized by the American Medical Association. As an AT, he worked with high school, Division I, Division II, and NAIA athletes. Aaron decided to advance his education and completed a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration in 2011 at Concordia University, Nebraska during his nine-year career there. He comes to AAPC after spending the past six years as the Administrator of First Care Medical, PC in Kearney. Aaron is a national member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the state affiliate, Nebraska MGMA, among several other associations.
Aaron is married and has one daughter and two sons. He enjoys athletics and loves to follow the Huskers. Aaron likes to try new foods and tends to gravitate towards “chick flicks” when watching movies with his wife. He currently serves on four different volunteer non-profit Boards and works sports medicine for the NSAA Championships during his “spare time.” Aaron has been with Associated Anesthesiologists, P.C. since June 2019.
